School Partnerships
We’re passionate about our work, and want local youth to share that passion. That’s why we’re partnering with Jewish schools and youth groups across the UK, getting kids to take part in numerous fun ways.
There are so many ways for your school to get involved. Here are some examples:
Packing food parcels
We send out thousands of meals monthly, each accompanied by sealed cutlery and an explanatory leaflet. Packing it all up is a lovely interactive activity for children, especially as they know it will brighten someone’s hospital stay.
Uplifting messages
Ask your students to write a ‘get well soon’ message to patients receiving our meals.
Card competition
Kids will love designing their own ‘Get Well’ cards – especially as each month, the best cards will feature on our website, available for actual purchase by consumers looking to cheer patients up.
Letter of thanks to key workers
Our organization works closely with health workers and NHS and we are grateful for their support and cooperation. Letters from pupils thanking them for their service are a wonderful way of expressing appreciation to them for looking after our patients.
Bedside Kosher Student Partnership
Participating students receive a Bedside Kosher volunteer pack, including a welcome letter, wristband and sanitiser gel. Every student that completes a project will also receive a certificate recognising his/her work.
